Perhaps you can turn on Debug and see what errors you get. That helps sometimes. Without an error trail, messages, etc. it is very hard to guess what you might have going on with your system.

You might read the Install Guide (at the left), User Guide (also there) perhaps they will help you define your problem a bit better so that we can know what's 'wrong'... and help you out.

That's curious...

I, too, use Firefox and have no problems with center blocks and Spotlight.

PM me and give me a place to send my theme.html Maybe you'll find something useful in it that will help you out.

The answer is to use MultiMenu...

unless you want to write new menus, like I do.

I have been using a product from zegenie (available on sourceforge). You can see it at:http://www.eirenicon.org/BUGS/index.php

You can login with guest/demo as the username/password combo.

I would love to see this made into a XOOPS module. It is very useful, powerful, and small.

Thank you Herko,

My ISP was able to fix things. I tried phpMyAdmin and it failed. Thankfully my ISP was on the ball!

I certainly have no idea what may have caused the original problem.

My Sites have just magically encountered the following error.

This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.

If you are the administrator of this site, please visit the XOOPS Troubleshooting Page for assistance.

Error [Xoops]: Unable to connect to database in file class/database/databasefactory.php line 34

MySQL tells me this...

Can't open file: 'xoops_bb_posts_text.MYI'. (errno: 144)

Error

SQL-query :

SHOW COLUMNS FROM `xoops_bb_posts_text` FROM `rabideau_xoops`

MySQL said:
#1016 - Can't open file: 'xoops_bb_posts_text.MYI'. (errno: 144)

Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

I agree that we don't need a module, per sae. I think what we need is to provide links to each other (using partners block works fine) It is also easy to open up a webring and place the webring link in a custom block on your 'front' page.

I have this already on one of my non-IT sites, seehttp://fbctogether.org

I guess from this point forward I will offer my site:http://eirenicon.org/index.php as a place for people to signup. Under the Communications button header, you'll see a place to sign-up.

I'll also try to form a webring... watch for an announcement here.
