mxDirectory...adding contact name?

I would like to know if there is an easy way to add a contact name in mxDirectory. Sometimes the person that posts the listing is not the person to contact. I don't necessarily want the information viewable by users, just have it in the database for say billing purposes.

Please be gentle, I'm still learning the ropes with coding!

Thanks, but somehow it worked itself out! So far everything is working, but I haven't had time to dig deep.

I'm new to XOOPS so please excuse me if: 1)I post this topic in the wrong place and 2)this topic has been discussed.

I am using XOOPS 2.2.3a and have added CatAds and xDirectory modules. Somewhere along the line ALL "submit" button are no longer functioning. When I click, nothing happens. The screen stays the same with no error message.
