Hi Everybody

I am getting "If the page does not automatically reload, please click here" after logging out or doing some other tasks.

I didn't have this problem at first, but after installing several modules, this 'error' message started appearing. I don't know when it started.

I need the page to automatically reload. It is not very right to ask the users to click to reload a page everytime they log in. Asking them to do this occasionally after doing some task is okay, but not after logging in!

Thank you very much in anticipation.

Regards

Xoops2.2.3 looks great, but it's a pity that it cannot do a simple task like adding users properly.

The Extended Profiles (Usermanagement) allows you to add user, but there is something wrong with the pull-down menu in Select User under Edit User.

I would've thought that a basic task like adding users should be more straightforward than this, and should be incorporated in the main XOOPS admin.

Maybe 2.0 is better than 2.2 ?

Oh copper and toothpaste...

I removed the profile module.. No disrespect, I know you guys worked hard on it and indeed it is a good module.
...Anyway.. Seems I should re-install and learn to live with it..

Thanks a lot, Dave_L. Hope you get to have some rewarding holidays..

Best wishes,

Aharon

Hi Everybody

I've been using Postnuke for a year, and am thinking of changing to Xoops.

I've some PHP scripts which I want to incorporate into XOOPS - I was able to do this using the info from XOOPS FAQ.

Now, my scripts needs to get the login user info from XOOPS (from session variables?).

For example, I have a suggestion mailer form - and the person submitting the form will receive a email acknowledgement - therefore my script needs to know who submitted the form. This is just an example.

Also, I cannot find any Module Development documentation - teaching people how to develop their own XOOPS modules. Is there one?

Can anybody help?

Thank you very much in anticipation.
