Hi,

do you have backup?

You may try to clean the templates cache - delete all files except index.html in templates_c folder (for XOOPS 2.0.x) or in xoops_data\caches\smarty_compile (for XOOPS 2.3.x).
..

Hi,

click on the wsProject in the main menu - there will be sub menu to add project (New Project) and list of active projects ...
..

please keep in mind that this module probably will not be developed and it also has some bugs.

If you are startig a new site going for 2.3.x with "User profile" module is safer choice for future updates.

Hi,

not shure what you are asking but...:

xProject (latest version I know about is 0.62) was abandoned from its developer (McNaz) with some other modules (xAsset comes to mind) and later passed to ImCMS. Not shure if someone is deveoping it now. I have no plans (nor knowledge) to develop it, but the buauty of open source is that at any time someone can pick it up

xHelp (latest version I know about is 0.78 beta) is also not in development. I plan to use it in a project soon so will do some tests when have some spare time.

mantis was 0.18.3 - never tested it and it is not in development.

Hi,

if you are using XOOPS 2.3.x why not use profile module and add the extra fields? You can even brake them in to registration steps.
For older versions of XOOPS there is also a profile module built in (2.2.x) and a smartprofile module (2.0.x)...
..

Hi,

you can try xHelp or xProject modules. xProject is more focused on software development, but it has a ticket system too. xHelp is pure ticket system.

There was some port/bridge with mantis too.

Also usefull in work with customers may be clientspace module...

..
