Issue w/ Visable Blocks disappearing in Control Panel

When the blocks disappear in the control panel, all the columns are gone as well. I found someone having a simular issue, but we haven't found anything other than a temporary solution.

https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=23127&forum=1

We both can get the blocks to come back temporarily by unistalling any module. Is this a bad install? a pemissions issue? A core compatibility issue with the modules? Are all modules safe on 2.0.7?

mysite: www.advenquest.com/index.php

Apache version 1.3.31 (Unix)
MySQL version 4.0.20-standard
PHP version 4.3.8
PHP info Click to view
Kernel version 2.4.20-021stab022.1.777-enterprise
Cpanel version 9.4.1-RELEASE-64
Browser Browser: IE version 6.0.2800

Thanks for any help.

Is it possible a (122) disk quota error could cause this to happen?

Just broke a rib laughing, so hard.

That's exactly what I see. The difference is my default module to start is "none". I am using the blocks to build my top page. I didn't like the idea of redirecting for SEO reasons.

Are you using XOOPS 2.0.7 core?

Thanks, 7dana did a custom theme for me and I did the header graphic and logo.

Yes, center, but only on the top page, left and right on all pages. I can navagate to the news, xDirectory and contact modules via the navigation bar at the top.

I am having a simular issue, but all my blocks disappear.

http://www.advenquest.com/index.php

I can still get to the control panel home via the url, but when I get in the blocks administration menu everything is gone - all default and custom blocks are gone for every group.

I just installed XOOPS 2.0.7 and started having the problem after working several hours to tranfer content from the old site to the news modudle in xoops. I deleted the files from the template_c like you, but it started again this morning. I am wandering if it's a 2.0.7 issue, because I have another site running 2.0.6 and have never seen this issue.

Thank you for trying.

I transfered severs over the weekend - the database and webpages were moved to a new larger server.

I get this error:

Warning [PHP]: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'advenque_xoop1@localhost' (Using password: YES) in file class/database/mysqldatabase.php line 74
Error [Xoops]: Unable to connect to database in file class/database/databasefactory.php line 34

What file do I edit to change the location of the server info?

How do you add albums and pictures to the XOOPS Gallaery? I assume you click on new album on the page link below and add albums and pictures, but it takes me right back to the starting page.
http://advenquest.com/my/modules/xoopsgallery/albums.php

and

I can't get to the view user info page. I get this message:
"This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.
If you are the administrator of this site, please visit the XOOPS Troubleshooting Page for assistance."

Trying to reach this page:
http://advenquest.com/my/userinfo.php?uid=1

I am working to move all my old site info into Xoops. If anyone has tips or tricks I would appreciate any and all. Especailly an easy way to enter a bunch of information into the xdirectory or a hack to search by city and state in the xdirectory.

If you like the design it's a 7dana design except for the hash marks across the header. I was just trying to fill some empty space in the header area.

Thanks,

Yes, I've contracted him to do my site AdvenQuest.com

I like his style.
