@Mamba, thanks for your advice, I will use Altsys 
... but I loved very much BlocksAdmin module
... because it was very quick to modify blocks position in central column.
In this version (hacked by Alain & Dugris here, and hacked version here ), we got all necessary radio buttons ...
... I don't know yet Altsys but if I'm not wrong it is less simple to modify central blocks positions :

It seems there are some troubles with Blocksadmin module. This message error on page :

hi,
Themes based on Morphogenesis needs to hack XOOPS Core. With XOOPS 2.3RC2, it seems to work if you get those files :
Hack XOOPS Core (2.3.0 Bêta 1) for Mor.Pho.GEN.e.sis.
But it seems they are some differents line between www/include/common.php from XOOPS 2.3 RC2 and 2.3.0 Beta1
I don't know if it is important, I have made a .zip with the two files... if a developper get free time to take a look --> here
