Recent news block isn't visible

hello xoopsers.

I've tried to make my recent news block visible inside the right column of my website. At first it was visible but it was english so i've tried to change the name. When i changed the name the block dissapeared. is there a way to make it visible? if so can you tell me how?

i've tried to change the name back, didn't work. i've tried to make it visible in the left column. didn't work.

i think if you choose one of the themes at one point on your website, that it will be used on the whole website. you have to make it visible on all pages then.

didn't you understand how mamba explained? or how i have explained. chosing at registration i don't know. but you can make a choose a theme block inside your left/center/right block

i also want something gone. in my header there is next to the header a little piece visible with the background color of the content block. how can i change that little piece without changing my content blocks color. btw. that little piece is on top of my page to the left. t.i.a
