I am interested in creating something like a book mark feature for yogurt. So members would be able to link to pictures, News items, posts etc and then be able to associate with their profile (showing a little preview, thumbnails etc).

Dont want to re-invent the wheel tho. Has anyone else done this?

The Match module may also be of interest. It is developed to work with the Profile module. You can create two separate views into the same data.

It enables you to utilize the fields as created in the profile module but lets you set it's own set of permissions. This can help to create a very powerful social networking website depending on your needs.

It has the same functionality as the profile module: Search/Edit etc and some additional functionality like Add/Remove favourites, activate/de-activate profile.

I don't believe this is HTML compliant, see: "id='mids[]2".

<input type='checkbox' name='mids[]' id='mids[]2' value='43' />Download XOOPS&nbsp;

Should the number not be inside the brackets? Tho it seems to work. Can someone adise why its like this and if it needs to be changed then where and how.

Thanks in advance

So by putting this in robots.txt: 'Disallow: /modules/profile/user.php' will not resolve anything.

But is this happening to anyone else? If not why does this happen only occasionally but on quite a few of my sites?

Wow - interesting. thanks for that. Does anyone know why/google might be causing this?

I suppose this something that should fixed from robots.txt. I have not put in:
Disallow: /modules/profile/user.php

But surprised that no one else has got the same issues.

ok, thanks for the reply.

I still find it strange tho because this persons email address is not showing anywhere on the site. And the other thing is why would someong do this? Or could it be a bot?

A few of my clients and including myself have received a "lost password email":

A web user from 66.249.65.178 has just requested a new password for your account at <sitename>.
You can get your new password by clicking on the link below:

<link>

No one is requesting passwords so could this be a security risk? Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks!
