What come up in my mind now is, drop the table for related modules 1st. And install the modules. After that, import the related table again that i already save in my local drive to exist the existing table.

Could it possible to solve my problem?

I successfully migrating content and database to a new server, but the problem is just system module installed. Other modules remain at bottom side of Module Preference, that mean still not install. When I want to install it, I got this kind of messsage - " Table 'xoops_protector_log' already exists".

This is one of the example of XOOPS Protector module error. If I want to install other module, the same error appeared but for other related table. I know that the table is already in database and cannot be exist. How to make the status of module become installed and using the old database.

Sometimes we intent to write a boring / long news in aour news (v1.44) module. And I really like to expose the newest nrews in my XOOPS site as a spotlight, but it seem to be too long because all the content of a sportlight news on the center block of my homepage. How do I manage to make it shorter like other module that we can set how many characters to show on the block. and the rest should be a link at the bottom-right of that block with text 'read more...'

i recognized that, after i upgrade to XOOPS 2.0.14, this resolution problem happen because images that i uploaded before have nice resolution. maybe a incompatibility issue here. could anyone debug it?

actually, what is the default height and width.
i go to configuration, and there are i check the configuration is 2000x2000.
and i changed it to 500 for height and 500 for width.
but nothing changes in the image.

what is the best fit for 1024x768 pixels?

Wanna ask about WF-Links. any further developmnt of this module because i heard that WF already combine with smartFactory and when i visit SmartFactory.ca, no module development for this module.

Anybody use this module? Module from XOOPS Mexico. My problem is, the uploaded image became too big when display. So, the images that already uploaded become blur because of resolution. You can view one of the image here.
