Ignore me I'm an idiot....Of course, I just went to Edit User like one would to edit any other user account

So far I've been very impressed with Xoops, particularly it's ease of administration. However, I cannot for the life of me find out where to change the e-mail address for the Admin.

Both from within my profile and Contact Us module, is it possible to change it?

Can anyone tell me which files to edit in order to tidy up the look of my forum?

The area of concern being the top three cells containing Topic Options, Rate Thread, Search Forum, View Mode, Poster, Thread, the posters name and thread title.
