We will work only in new theme (for now), I mean, we need to update the existing modules templates and adapt to a new style.

The desicion of use new modules, or change the whole site does not depends of us, there are many people involved on that.

To work we will use the google groups (designers group) to cordinate the work.

In a few moments I will send a message to start the planning...

Hi everybody, As you know, few dias ago, my theme wins the "xoops theme competition" then, it's time to start the work and create the new theme for xoops.

Things to do...

There are many, many things that must be do... this is a preliminary list:

  1. Integrate a design team. All people with design skills can participate but also those persons with fresh ideas and new concepts (even if they do not knows nothing about design).
  2. Define the sections needs. This point will be usefull to specify which templates must be redesigned from which modules.
  3. Create the theme "directory and files structure". By specifying this we can create a "new standars" to the themes creation and could be usefull for other designers that wish to design new themes for XOOPS (I have several ideas about it).

As I said... this is only a preliminary list, many things left...

The width and height values only can affect the images when you create or modify them, the existing images are not affected... to do that you must edit them and upload again the files...

Check the configuration:

Go to the module preferences and change the values "Image Width" and "Image Height" to correct values.
