On many sites, I have seen thet "Recent Image" block instead of showing 5 images at a time, the images keep scrolling. SO taking small space it works the same.

Might possibly a java script. But where to get this one and where to add it.

Someone Guide Me Please

1) I did install the correct version of the module.

2) I have installed it both ways. i.e Installing module and installing by the install script. Both went without error.

3) I didnt delete the install folder but i have done now.

BUT still my problem is there. Its not showing the Flags. (flag directory is there )

Yesterday, I installed this module. Installation was with no error. Now i have this module on my main. The problem is, Its not displaying any Flag at all.
When I look for the source it leads to
"http://www.domain.com/modules/xmmemberstats/images/flags/-.gif"
No country flag. Where i did wrong ???

Secondly, Sometimes, its showing my client IP or sometimes the proxy IP whome i m connected to. Is this the way it works or its just me who is getting this ???

I use ip2location.com to check my IP.

I am using XOOPS 2.0.13.1 with XM-memberstats 2.0e

Cloning module or cloning block??
I guess cloing module would do it but was wondering if this can be done by just one module.

I tried to clone the headline block but i cant. Can u please tell me step by step what exactly to do??

If I am getting is right,

That means to put RSS from two different site likehttp://www.merlinean.com/, I Have to use two instances of XHLD. ??

Is this what you are suggesting ?

Hi
XHLD is working fine.
But i want to change its way of showing news.
Let me explain. I have two RSS feed.
"Site A" shows game news and "Site B" shows Software news.
And i want to have something similar like this site
http://www.merlinean.com/
i.e News from one site should display in one block.

What should I DO ????
Edit Latest Headline block? or Creat new block or is just a matter of settings ?

Hi everyone

My knowledge about RSS is quite limited. What is know is just what i have read here and on some other help pages.

But what I am looking for is that
"I way of displaying news from some other webpages"
I want to display some Technology related news from two different websites on page (colum wise i.e. One column for one Website).

Both of the webpages provide RSS Feed.
But what should i do to display them on the main page ???
Is there any Specific module ?? or shoudl i have to creat a user block for that.

I have no idea.
SO need some help and Guide line.

Ahh, The suport team of my hosting company told me its PST (GMT -8)
But after using the above script.
It appears to be (GMT -7). And they confirmed it.

Now somebody told me what the settings should i have?
The time settings in my user account is ( GMT + 5)
No what should i have in Admin ->System->Prefrences

Sorry. I should have told that i am sticking with XOOPS 2.0.13.1.

Now let em explain. As i said my Web Server time zone is GMT -8. My time zone is GMT +5. But when i publich a ews at some day @ 5:00 am. It appears in news with time 8:00.
SO it is always adding + 13 differenc.

Regarding XOOPS settings. I tried different things and i always get some time difference. What i want is when i publish any news with my time zone. It should appear Exactly at that time.

In XOOPS prefrences i have this.

Server time zone = GMT -8
Default zone = GMT

And in my admin user profile. My time is GMT + 5.

Should i chage default time zone??? I tried it with GMT +5. But the error is alwasy there (although different).
