I don't choose PHP4. I know XSAS is compatible with XOOPS :) and tried XSAS. But XSAS 1.1 is very old and only supports PHP 4. So I can use PHP 5 if I can find another solution. If XAMPP has built in Smarty Engine and CURL, and if I can use for XOOPS out of the box, why would not use XAMPP? :)

because xsas 1.1 uses php 4.

I tried WAMPserver 2.0f. But I failed to add smarty support to wamp 2. If I can make WAMP work with XOOPS (including smarty engine) it is ok too :)

Hello,

I want to use XSAS in my local PC to test my sites. But I need CURL library in my environment. So I need to add php_curl.dll to XSAS installation. I did following but no success:

1. Install XSAS 1.1
2. Download old PHP ver. 4.3.6-Win32
3. Extract php_curl.dll file to XSAS installation: C:\xsas\diskw\usr\local\PHP\extensions
4. uncomment php_curl.dll in php.ini file
5. start XSAS
but I get

Unable to load dynamic library 'w:\usr\local\PHP\extensions\php_curl.dll' - The specified module could not be found.

What's missing?

I believe first two emails in not necessary to send. Because at that time there is no order finished yet. Any idea how to disable to send email before order has been finished (payed and confirmed) ?

Hello,

When I checkout the shopping card in oledrion, as soon as I press Save button in Validate Purchase screen, two emails were sent by Oledrion:

1. New purchase on the site
2. Thank you for your order on the website XOOPS Site

But I haven't made payment yet and I received emails when I've just entered paypal payment website.

I choosed following options:
Use paypal sandbox: No
Enable offline payment: No
Do you want an invoice: Yes and No (result is the same)

Any idea?

Is it possible to make work this module with youtube proxies? Unfortunately some countries block youtube.com. :(

xoInboxCount and timeout

Hello,
if I use xoInboxCount in theme and show my users if they have message in their box, there is a 60 second timeout. This may be bad for users, because they will be notified 1 minute later than they had message.

Is it a bad idea to alter function.xoInboxCount.php file and alter 60 seconds to as low as 3 or 5 seconds? Does this makes too much load on server?

When I try to test with sandbox of Paypal second time, I get following error message:

This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant.

PS: The first time test is ok. But other tests resulted with same error message.

Any idea?

Hello,
When any user ordered something with Oledrion, I can see only the name that entered while ordering. I cannot see which XOOPS user ordered that item. Is there any simple solution?
Or should I hack the module to do so?
