uploading themes

another n00b question.....

where do i upload the themes to? themes folder?
i tried that and i couldn't get them to work.

i downloaded and unzipped the theme blueish and then uploaded via ftp to the themes folder.

what am i doing wrong?

Hello, I just setup a new XOOPS site and now when I go to it, it displays nothing. Am I locked out of my site?
I don't think I clicked on "keep the site down".
