did you have a example of code, where i (for example) can look at how its the best way to include and use the xoopticket system.

and most important how can i check if the xoopsticket system is working right?

in pd-downloads you can edit the message when you open the file called main.php in the language folder (and the sub-folder of your language you are using)

in that file you will find a line like these (its form the english language folder so it could be different)

this is the anti-leeching message from pd-downloads and wf-downloads, i also think its the same in my-downloads.

if you have a better message please let me know and we will think about to change it for the next version.

if you only want to change it for your site, simple edit the line as you want for example

there are some older moduls that doesnt work right under php5 or even dont work on php5.

regarding pd-downloads
we are sorry for that bug, we know it and it is fixed in the next version. when there are no big problem with XOOPS 2.2 then it could be out soon. i cant give you a date, because XOOPS 2.2 dont work proberly on my webserver (see error messages in the XOOPS 2.2 news). so we dont know how much to change that it works on XOOPS 2.0.x and XOOPS 2.2.

yeah our solution is quite simple

its a frame that calles the index.php from xoops

so our xoops-installation is in a subfolder and would not be nice to see that is it in a subfolder.

so we but a simple frame html file in the root folder that opens the index.php from XOOPS in a frame that is 100% big - so nobody will see that is it a frame.

you have XOOPS installed and running, thats fine.

now you have to install a modul, for example the news modul (that cames with the xoops-package)

go to the administration than klick on the icon on the left side, now you will see a menu klick on modules.

now you see all installed and not installed modules, now install the news modul.

after that you will see a second icon on the left side, yes thats the news modul klick on it.

now you can make some nice things with this modul, and you can set various blocks.

take a look around in the administration and in the administration of the modules. you will see thats really easy to add content to you side.

you can set that via the administratin of newbb 2.0

there you have that options, bbcodes are always XOOPS wide - not module wide - so you would need a kernel hack for that

but that would be senseless, you are now in a content management system not in a forum software - so all option for for exampel the newbb modul are in the administration of newbb 2

when you need "new" features for that module, try to contact the developer maybe he is working on such a feature or try to hack it yours self if you know what to do or you find somebody who can to do that for you

but i think you have that option in the administration take a look

hm i dont unterstand what you want

you have all admin right (ALL) even if you are no moderator because you are the admin ob your website (xoops)

i dont untestand what documentation do you need, because you can sett all settings via the administration of newbb2

hey i have tested your actually version and i'am a little confused

i set the settings to 100 pm's (inbox and outbox) and for administrator there stand 100 but a normal user have 5000 but i settings there stand 100

and when i tell the hack "use old user select methode" it will not save, i set 777 for the pmhack files, so saving should not be a problem
