Thank you very much for the reply! That makes sense.

However due to database incompatibilites going from CB 1.15/xoops 2.0 to CBB 2.x and XOOPS 2.3 I had little choice but to unintall and reinstall to rebuild the database.

I was getting blank page issues viewing posts after the upgrade.

CBB 2.x blank page when viewing topic

Ok I finally caved and mirrored my site and started a upgarde process so see how it would go on my live site.

Everything seems to be ok... except upgrading to the latest CBB 2.x from CBB 1.15.

You can go to the main forum listing and topic listing fine. But when you click on a acuall post you get a blank screen. I turned on debugging but did not see any message.

I searched though 'cbb blank page' but only came up with admin blank pages, not topic, and thats not my issue. Thanks!

Sure.. I dont think I have the orginial doc anymore. (davidl who I sent it to might) But I can re-create it from memory and just fill in the bits as I need to.

When they were on a hiring spree for CBB last spring or so I offered to help with the karma system. I send them a .doc with a mathmaticly detailed karma system that I worked out. Since I cant code PHP for the life of me thats all I was able to assist with.

Sadly nothing ever came from the system I proposed.

Long story short, the current karma system (50 karma per post) is more a place holder then anything. I am disappointed to say never got replaced :p

And no, there is no visual way to see what your karma rating is (unless they changed this is the 2.2 ver). Level in the RPG stats is not it. FYI

Who's Online Block issue

I beleive this is a db isue and need to know how to fix it.

My who is block shows whos online correctly but not what part of the site (module) they are in. It only correctly shows people when they are in the message forums. All other people it lists them on the 'news' page (my default page) no matter what module they are in. I am assuming this is some kind of db issue, how do I reset/correct it?
