Please post here if you find any alternatives for Yogurt, that we can transfer existing yogurt members photos, videos, audio scraps etc. This I believe will be a difficult task, I currently have 500 members with profiles and my site is growing daily.

Xoops does need a social Networking module that is supported by xoops.

Yogurt is ok, there needs to be a front page,
there needs to be a way for Scrap to be date stamped.
better integration with the the core for custom fields.

After that is done the module would be very good.

I don't know why you say is very poor.

And no Yogurt does not need to be its own CMS.

I solved it with mainfile turned protector off from there.

LOCKED OUT OF MY SITE BY PROTECTOR HELP

Hi All, Protector has blocked me from logining in.
It has identified me as a BAD IP.
now I can not log on.
I have access to the database is there a way I can get access.

Please Help.

Does anyone know Where this is at.

This new Profile module which was due around March, anyone know if this was launched and where to get it.
Do we have an idea of how users - and there content will merge or be moved to the new profile.

Seem to be somewhat in the dark about the direction.

As much as some say Yogurt is not a social Networking module.
The fact is the world does see it as XOOPS answer to Social Networking. A google search on social networking will bring up many examples of this.

Hi All,
I have so so so many members now with so so so many picture uploaded, I am wanting a way to display the pictures in some sort of array.

Help Please

Xoops sessions for my site

Hi,

I have and issue when users go to www.mysite.com they are asked to login
but when they go tohttp://mysite.com there don't need to.

It is my wish to have all users sessions work for both.

Any Help?

Hi, on your main Menu <<< you will see a option to search members, from here you have many ways to find other users, after you find another user you will see an option to become friends. (You need to Enable friends section (Yogurt Preferences)
Enabling friends section for the users, will enable friends system, if you have not done this then it wont work)

Theirs also a way to link the profiles to go direct to Yogurt profile, this means when clicking on any name on your site that takes you to that persons Yogurt Profile instead of XOOPS Profile.

Yogurt is a good module, I use it on my site but theirs still work that needs to be done to make it easier for novice users.

Hi, there is no way to register, you didn't give a test login for us to use.

I went to site but could not see any link to the social network.

Please provide a test login so we can look for you.

Yogurt is the Best Social Networking Module XOOPS has at this point.
