Not quite right I need to allow my members to find users on the site like in the XOOPS system find users but outsite of admin

CBB 1.16 and newbb 3.0 that comes with 2.3

Can I use newbb 3.0 with CBB 1.16 which is also named newbb or will I overwrite my forum and lose all posts and Topics?

Have anyone an idea how to change the Character Encoding setting on 2.3 this problem stems from the update too XOOPS 2.3



How do i check what charset my database is using and where do I change it?

It's now showing in the Forums:
Publish Time

This: YEurope/LondonstEurope/Londonrday 16:40:59

Instead of: 7/26 17:28:16

and Date: T2008day 17:36:45

Instead of: Today 17:36:45

Hi I use the CBB 1.16 and have upgraded my site too 2.3 with PHP5 and I have errors on the forums, can I update this module that will work with php5?

I have just upgraded to 2.3 and now have question marks on all block headers within my site, view here:
