How to create news scrolling text?

May I know how to make the scrolling text in Xoops?
I wish to make the latest news information appears like a scrolling text in main page?

Thank you for your reply.
I have solved the problem. Actually is URL address problem.
but now I facing another problem.

I have create a custom block to input some of the information, it looks so nice when I created, but why after I logged out, the block did not appear in the main page?
how to set it appear in Home page since I have choose the "Visible" in top page?

Hi..I'm just downloaded the XOOPS 2.0.13.1 full version from xoops.org. but after I installed, I failed to login. Once I entered the username and password, it brings me to HTTP File Not Found. Can someone teach me on that? Much appreciate if you could help me. Thanks.
