I'm a reseller first and foremost.

I have gone to Cpanel and installed and currently using XOOPS on several domains. However one particular domain is giving me a world of trouble. I tried to install XOOPS and I got this error message:

Then I deleted the whole account altogether. I started fresh, I recreated the domain after wiping it and all files out. Then I went into Cpanel again, installed XOOPS again. When I went to the site I got the same error.

Any idea what the issue is?
