Hello

I discovered the TAG module delighted but I want to use it on a module that does not support TAG : publisher.

How can I create a plugin "publisher" for TAG ?
How can I modifie publisher to accept TAGs ?

Warning ! I'm not a good programmer !

Thank you in advance.

Hello

I'm looking for a new site and modules in particular

Is the module "News" a good module ? the best one? the only one completed and bug free ? I do not know but it has been on xoops.org for 4 years (2007)! And yet is it out of date now ?
Is Publisher more recent ? no, it is not in repository.(not completed?)

"All" modules have old dates displayed in xoops.org repository and this is not a good thing for newcomers and other...

I think that Xoops needs up to date (in fact and visibly on xoops.org) and finalized modules as much as new features.

Today I don't know which module to use for my articles. Not Publisher, I have too many small bugs with it on my last site...

Hello

I am a French amateur user, absolute fan of xoops

I dream of:
-automatic and simple URL REWRITTING in the core of xoops
-automatic SITEMAP GENARATOR in the core (for google and Co but also, most beautifull for visitors)
-TAGS in the core
-PRIVATE MESSAGE MANAGER with more advanced specs (notification mail sending particularly)

Thank you very much, Great Idea !

I found SmartFA1.11 after a search on xoops.org
The package was "xoops2.5_smartfaq_1_11"

I's a new installation

I set 2 new categories before I tried to busmit.
But submit works every time, in spite of the error.

Thanks

Hello

I use SMARTFAQ 1.11 with a XOOPS2.51 site http://www.test.68hc08.net/

When I request or submit a question (logged in as user or admin), Request or Submit works but I get an error every time :
Quote:
Message(s): Undefined index: tags dans le fichier /modules/smartfaq/submit.php - ligne 144 Erreur(s): Handler does not exist Module: smartfaq Name: category dans le fichier /include/functions.php - ligne 88

You can try to see the bug by connecting with "guest" user and "guest" password.

see :
"Soumettre une question"
ou "soumettre une Q et R" on the left column, in "FAQ"

I installed the TAG module but it does not interest me and it's the same with or without this module installed.

Thank you in advance

Best regards

Hi

When I use the link
http://www.test.68hc08.net/modules/smartfaq/submit.php?op=add
I get an error "could not find http://www.test.68hc08.netfaq/submit/"

when I use the link
http://www.test.68hc08.net/faq/submit
I get a 404 Not found error

Now you can try on http://www.test.68hc08.net , all visitors can submit now.

thank you

Hi

I'm using these smartfaq with SEO and the .htaccess included in the package.

It's working well for Q&R and categories but submit and request link don't work...

You can see the problem on

Thank you in advance
