how to show top poster only sender news??

how i can to show top poster only sender news with module news 1.44 in bolck at main page web site.
bolck top poster in system show all top sender in all module system but i will show only top poster news with module news.

i am using ver 2.0.13 in my site.
when memebers login in web site, main page web site is blank page after that.
i do not have error message for phpdebug on.
main page web site do not redirect to any module.

please help me.

my home page web site have long time for loading.
i do not use of flash logo or any big images in site.
i used XOOPS 2.0.13 and my home page started with modules news.

for descrease time for loading, i must do ?

i want upgrade system 2.0.13.1 to 2.2.3a
i uploaded and replaced all files.

but home page site give me this error:

i use 2.0.13 XOOPS and PHP5 in my site.
xfsection 1.0.7 do not work and give me blank page.
when i turn on "php debug" and give error messege:
