I may be wrong here, but I believe you could call in the specific php script for the block. Where it gets tricks is putting the correct string at the end ...index.php?id=...

I haven't used shoutbox in a long time, but you should be able to open up the templates and replace instances of <{$xoops_uname}> with <{$xoops_realname}>

Then the problem is not with the theme but with the content. Try disabling your blocks 1 by 1 until the problem is resolved.
May be quicker to create a test user in a test group without permissions to the non system blocks

Listen, everyone using 7dana themes pay attention.
They are old. 7dana has not released anything in over a year.
They were made for like XOOPS 2.0.13.1
We are now on 2.0.18.1
They need to either be updated to work with the new and future xoops, or put in the archives.

On top of all this, you already have a topic going for this walhutsky. If you aren't willing to put the work in to fix it..... Then you need to pay someone to do it for you.
