I have installed wf-sections and am, I hate to admit, somewhat overwhelmed by its apparent complexity. It seems to be a powerful and potentially useful module, and I would like to be able to take advantage of it's many features. Is there a page somewhere where newbies can go to learn more about it and how to use it, or is it strictly trial and error?

Thanks!

Update: It did show up on the home page in the main menu.

There is another problem, though, and that is that the movie theatre which I chose is showing 4 movies, but only 3 show up in Movie Times as follows:

From the Yahoo site:

In checking John's site at searchsouthington.com, I notice that his listings are one short, too.

I would be grateful for any thoughts on this.

Thanks.

I unpacked the zip file to my local hard drive and then uploaded the /home/john/tmp/xmovietime directory to the XOOPS Modules directory on my server. Then I installed it via Modules Administration. After the install was completed, xmovietime showed up as installed and active in Modules Administration but did not show up in the menu on the left side of the admin screen where all of the other modules are listed nor does it show up in admin/blocks or anywhere else that I can see.

Any idea what might be wrong or what I should look at?

I checked the group permissions, and they appear to be in order. Guess I need one of the BC's to weigh in.

Upload theme template?

The other day I installed a few themes which required me to upload the template.tar.gz files via Template Manager. Everything went ok.

Today, however, I uploaded via FTP the theme folder for the "springtime" theme and then went to system admin/templates, and there is no option to upload templates. Either I have forgotten where to go to do this, or something has happened. What did I do wrong?

Theme URL problem

I downloaded and installed a few new themes, and a couple are giving me the same problem. One of the themes is FC_Blue by 4thefort.

There are links across the top for "Forums", "News", etc. as well as down the left side. When I click on the ones down the left side, all is well, but, when I click on the ones across the top, I get the "Selected module does not exist!" error.

This seems to be because the links that work have the / at the end, and the ones that do not work do not have this. For example, the left side link to the forums is

/modules/newbb/

...and works, while the link at the top is

/modules/newbb

...and does not work.

Is there a way to fix this? Is there a file which contains this link and which I can edit, or what?

Thanks

J F Moore
