1. After install the flash music player, what else I need to do with that. I don't anything you refer to that flash player
2. where should I put the background src you mentioned?
3. This one is extra, but I will ask anyway: after install the music player, can I put that in a block? if so, how to do it.

I need to post Excel spread sheet to the web site. Right now I convert it PDF/JPG file and then post it. Some time I save it as a webpage and then post it. But all of these have their issues.
So is there any way or module to do this?

Thanks Dave! But I couldn't see the code it mentioned. I only see a box in there with "$sel" inside. Would you please cut and paste here if you can see it. I really appreciate.

I need to add a large number of menus / sub menus. Since it is over 50 of them, I can not list all of them. I am thinking about the "Theme Selection" approach: Create a selection box with a scrool bar to browse all the links.
Just like this site http://www.medicalcenterofplano.com/default.asp On the left column, under "Living With ..." and "Health Conditions" ...
