I am new to XOOPS and Im not sure what Im doing wrong.
I have installed this version
xoos-mod_phaddsnew_v13_08_w4z004
and have changed the config.inc.php
file as required -unchecked read only boxes
but I can not access the installer as instructed.
I get the following message

Warning: main(config.inc.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/virtual/site405/fst/var/www/html/xoops2/modules/phpads/index.php on line 18

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'config.inc.php' (include_path='.:/php/includes:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /home/virtual/site405/fst/var/www/html/xoops2/modules/phpads/index.php on line 18


Is there something else Im supposed to change?
any help would be creately appreciated.
I have also checked the site for help and did not see any posts with this particular problem for beginners.

Okay Im really really really new to xooping....
and for the life of me I can't get my mp3 files to play for me or anyone else for that matter.
I have given all permission, I have renamed the audio files with no gaps or puncuation and still nothing....and the site that I did find with help is in another language....can anyone help? I know that this has probably been answered on here, but I have spent the last few days searching high and low...so any help and/or direction would GREATLY be appreciated.
