It seems that your browser had rejected cookies from your own site. XOOPS can only "remember" users if cookies are accepted.

I am sorry . I could not help you.
Wasn't it difficult to change "+" into "-"?

Not difficult at all, I just replaced all "+"s with "-"s in the out array then modified loadpage.php file accordingly.

@suin
Would it be feasible to convert all the "+" in the url into "-"?

xxx-yyy-xxx.htm looks nicer than xxx+yyy+zzz.htm

[edit]managed to change the format, thanks. [/edit]

It worked for the modules. I like your idea of removing "m-" and the "." in "+.html"

It seems you have two versions of html.

Under admin, it is xxx.html
under modules, it is yyy.htm

It does not work well if you were to navigate through module admin and want to go back to system admin. The hack would transform systme admin to "system-admin.htm" which does not work under your hack. Only system-admin.html would work. Any reasons of using two extensions?

Thanks for the hack.

BTW, your site looks great.

For meta tags.

I am looking for a way to change it. It seems that footer.php file has it assigned. But I can't really locate how the information was retrieved from the database.

It seems that the section is outside the XOOPS realms. XOOPS header and footer will not help in this case. In order to protect the pages using Xoops, you must a module set up and then assign access right under System Admin/Groups.

You may want to try .htaccess to protect the area.

Ok, it works but with some minnor gliches.

1) If a user hasn't logged out (for example, closed the browser and go to the website again), XOOPS report him as logged and he can't login again. Is there a way to make XOOPS update the database that the user is logged out when he closes the browser (I assuse it has to do with inactivity time).

If you have enabled WhoisOnline block, the user will have to wait for 5 minutes to re-login. You can tell user this in the error message. The user may have to wait a bit longer if you have a slow traffic site as the garbage collector routine may not be triggered.

If you don't want to enable WhoisOnline, you way want to check this TIP by GIJOE
