Online Easter Egg Hunt (suggestion for Intranets)

Our office has a social committee that puts on events to celebrate the holidays and this year they've planned an Easter egg hunt at work. Since almost half of our staff are external, I was approached to create an electronic Easter egg hunt on our Intranet.

I took clipart of Easter eggs and added the employee's name to it so each staff person has their own egg to look for, and with the handy XOOPS block system, scattered the eggs in various sections of our Intranet.

For those of you who are struggling to get staff to use your xoops'd up Intranet, this is a fun way to get them to go through and get familiar with the site.

Just thought I'd share

PD-Downloads - changing header text in submit.php

Hi everyone,

I'm using pd-downloads 1.2 and there's the following text at the top of the submit.php form that I would like to delete:

* All new Downloads's are subject to validation and may take up to 24 hours before they appear in our listing.
* We reserve the rights to refuse any submitted download or change the content without approval.

I've looked in the template (which oddly enough, is blank?) and I've looked in the language folder...

How would I go about deleting this text?

Problem w/ PD-Downloads and Group Permissions

I have a member who belongs to 3 groups (let's call the groups A, B & C), however when the member accesses the PD-Downloads area, he only has access to one group's files.

When I delete this member from 2 groups, so they are only a member of group "A", they can see group "A" files. When I assign the member to just "B" group, they can see group "B" files, etc.

Any idea what I can do to have this member see all 3 groups' files?

I changed the number 5 to 25, and somehow all my permissions are now wide open for this module?

It appears users can now access all files, regardless of permissions...

Seems odd that this fix would change permissions?

I only have 2 levels:

-Main category
-- subcategory
-- subcategory
-- subcategory
-- subcategory
-- subcategory
-- subcategory...

It only shows the first 6 subcategories, and then has a ... after the 6th.
