I agree with Bleekk.
Another important adjustment would be the reformulation of xoops.css, the "reset" is outdated and should be replaced by normilize.css.

Forms are not being managed by template files.
Eg.: On the profile module, the form of edit user this in code and not in the templates of module, can not change de code, this task has to be done by the developer of the module.

Request 1: I thought of that, I'm seeking a way to fit the theme.

Request 2: We can not change the css framework, this is not a good practice, it is better to make a correction in the module.

My update history:

Three missing columns, that affected the comments were was the "com_user" column.
I do not remember the other two. 'll See the tonight when i come home.
