I have a user who when posting his news messages, gets several garbage characters each time he uses an Apostrophe. When I type an apostrophe, it posts correctly.
I have tracked the issued down and figured out that he is getting a Right Single Quotation Mark character (U+2019) when he types his apostrophe key instead of the standard ASCII apostrophe (U+027).
Are there any suggestions on how to fix this issue so that XOOPS correctly interprets his right single quotation marks?

It is in the IMAGES folder under logo.gif
Here is what I do:
Use the Windows search feature to find all of the *.jpg and *.gif files in your site.
Use 'thumbnails' mode so you can see what the pictures look like.
Replace any picture you don't like a picture you want. Then upload the picture file to your computer. Make sure you have caching turned off or it will apear that the changes were not made.

I think the one on the left is the logo.gif or is it logo.jpg file.
Find the picture in your account and replace it with your company logo picture.
You might have to replace it in more than one place - most of the themes also have the file.

SPAM attack?
After my last mailing, I received 91 undeliverable messages back.
The messages purportedly came from my site, but from non-existent user names.
Does this mean someone broke into my account and used my email privs?

Is their a limit on how many Mass emails can be sent.
I tried to send 161.
I got a list of the first 100 sent. It then asked me to press 'Next'. The next page said 'no users found' {or something like that}.
Did the last 61 get the email?
Is there a way to check the emails that were sent?
