yeah thanks hervet 
for upgrade from newbb to newbbex i find that in database must create 3 row to xoops_bbex_forum table for Replace user's name with real name - Show icons panel and Show smilies panel to work fine.

go to your database with phpmyadmin for example then go to xoops_config table & Browse table then Edit Debug_mode row & set conf_value to 1 & Save finally. php debug is on now

Select the level of strictness for username filtering to Light in Preferences --> User Info Settings & try again.
