Hi community, I am Gustavo Alejandro Pilla from Argentina, I am a developer from the Quilmes National University .

Age: 21 ( tomorrow 9 of june is my b-day )
Studies: 3 year of an informatic University carrer

- I've developed a hack to make XOOPS multisite, with the capability of sharing tables between sites and adminsitrate the capability of a site to install each module and theme.

- I've been in close contact with skalpa, before he get ill, and I know really well the plans and the ideas of XOOPS 2.3.

- Before skalpa get ill i started the contact with phppp and we also discussed some of the points of the XOOPS project future, and shared some code.

- Currently i am a implementing a multisite XOOPS system for giving a site for each profesor of the university

My CV isnt great... and im not very know neither... but the people who had talked to me... as phppp and skalpa knows that my ideas and work are good.

I also propose, the postulation of people of XOOPS MEXICO, wich has done some great code.

It also happened on xoops.org.. some time ago... i send to pm in that moment warning the problem...

There are many diferent modules ... to use in diferent ways... you can search in the browser for: "filemanager" , "xplorer" , "docmanager" to use as a tree look file repository and many other like "Wfdownloads" and very other simil or hacked downloads like modules...

It is very probable that if you have a public or payed hosting you would not be able to do a php include from another site. For security reasons that kind of actions used to be disabled.
I recommend you to use an iframe... or RSS

My boss ask me to do a very little module... now... i am a fanatic... and i have my own full hacked XOOPS version :P

In XOOPS 2.0.16 you can use the new theme Object and for example in the header.php is:
$xoTheme->addScript( '/include/xoops.js', array( 'type' => 'text/javascript' ) );


You can also use that for scriptaculous too... in any page ... not necesary yo be included in header.php ...

I am looking for XOOPS 2.0.16 bug fixes done by the community... the 2.0.16 trunk had been left in the svn and development... soo i want to ask the community to probabily fixes... to compile all them in a ( not official ) 2.0.17
