It just restore those 2 replies and the first post is still deleted.
then i have to go to modules/newbb/viewpost.php?status=deleted#admin and restore the first post. by doing that the topic contain all 3posts will be restored.

Upgrade from newbb 3.08 :
- delete old files in the / modules / newbb
- Upload new files
- module update
- not import the DB after the update!
