Adding realname field to registration form

Hello again.

I'm trying to add the realname field to the registration form in 2.0.10

I followed the instruction fromhttps://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?forum=7&topic_id=15514

The field appears in the form but it dosn't save it. The field is blank when you view the users profile. Any suggestions?

I was wondering if someone could update this code for the lattest version of xoops. I can add the name field in the registration but it won't store it. It keeps the field blank when you view the user. The example code of how it should look is slightly differant so I'm guessing this was written for an earlier version of xoops.

I finally got what I wanted. I installed the XK_Editor and and was able to change the layout in preferences.php to how I wanted it. Though I like the default editor better it gave me a headache searching for the code.

I was wondering if there is a way to edit the option on the default editor? I wan't to take out all the options like the buttons for underlining and bolding text and the url and image buttons.
