shoutbox...tag board....etc

hi guys...

u all being great so far as i concern.
All i wanna ask that I want tag board/shoutbox
on my site which have exactly same athttp://www.blogdrive.com.

I just installed shoutbox 3.0 final version.
But it seems that i don't kind like it because:

1.I have to scroll horizontally when someone post a long message.

2.Guest cannot insert their own name when posting.

3.Guest cannot insert their own url.

Perhaps,some one might tell me which file or what code
should I edit into the configuration file.

wow...thanks..i never figure it about that.
one more thing...what is 'weight'?
cause I want to arrange the table like i want like
the top of the page is for the 'welcome...'.Under it,i want to
put the table of 'headlines'.after that,the bottom will be the 'recent topics'.I want to do that because whenever i edit it,the 'recent topics' will be top of the 'headlines' table.

how do I make topic "Welcome to the Official XOOPS website!"
like the website did in the front page of this website when clicking Home's link..pls help me.I do not know how to make it.Is it in the 'news' module or what?
