What module or block was used to get this type of layout on the front page like the one on this (xoops.org) website? This part right here:

The question is are you going to be releasing any of these hacked modules for the rest of the community to use?

Is there a hack for the News module that will show a list of related topics next to a news item?
You know, how you click on a news topic where it shows you the entire body of the article? I'd like anywhere from 1 to 10 links of "related topics" (set by me) on that page, right next to the body of that article. Maybe in like a box with the links right-justified within the article. Is there a module/hack for the news section like that?

Ignore the stuff of the left. Focus on the "Look Here Too" box and/or the "Other Stories" box
