did it!! thanks i uploaded the form.php from 2.0.14 and that fixed it, for now

i have tried pd-downloads and wfdownloads and all the module seems to work great except i get no form when i go to add a file... i am using 2.0.15 and have some ditors installed ..

debug errors:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /hermes/web04/b1939/pow.daveabbey/htdocs/class/xoopsform/form.php on line 193

I won't update blocksadmin.
Though I don't value adding bottom blocks on XOOPS 2.0.14, I'll add some compatibilities with 2.0.14 into altsys.
