Who's Online not working

Used the default whos online block and a custom one I got from the maylay XOOPS site. Both seem to have the following problem. If a user goes off the front page news to any other section either whos online block looses track of them and does not report them.

ie if I have 2 users in news and 2 in the forums and go to the whos online pop up only those in the news will appear.

Is there a MySQL database file I can remake/edit to fix this?

Any input/help appreciated

I stopped apache, deleted the PHP folder, copied the new folder over and then copied the 2 .DLL's I needed to the system32 folder. Restarted apache. done in about 45 secs.

Really not that hard to update PHP.

Only real issue as was mentioned above is if you dont own/have admin rights then thats a issue sadly

Well after some Q/A testing this seems to be the issue. Used the default whos online block and a custom one I got from the maylay XOOPS site. Thanks for the info, module seems to work great.. EXCEPT.. (knew that was coming) the 'location' of the people (forums, faq, etc..) is always listing them as 'news', same issue I had with the default whos online block. Seems this issue just started after I installed BB2 and AMS (uninstalled AMS since). But it may just be a coinicidence.

Any way to 'fix' this?

After some trial and error.. I had to pull the 'wysiwyg' subfolder out of the package and pop that in the class folder. Now it works.. thanks for the help! :)

I am trying to get the koivi editor installed in bb2 final. I read this and other threads.. put the "koivieditor class v1.0.2" folder in the htdocs/class folder and made the changes to add it on the admin menu. But no effect, it still went to use defaul editor, renamed the folder "htmlarea" and still no effect.

What am I doing wrong?

Another member here suggested I replace the default who's online block with another stating it isnt the best. But he did not suggest anything. Could someone point out a module that is 'better' then the default who's online?
