Decent Gallery Modules

Does anyone know of a simple, but good (nearly bugless) gallery/image module? I've tried out the popular ones such as Myalbum-p, xoopsgallery (various versions) but I get fatal errors when accessing some module admin pages.
Is this cos I'm running 2.2?

I just want a simple one that works - the module repository only has 6 (most of which the comments show don't work with XOOPS 2.x

user login trouble

I'm having serious problems with members since I upgraded to 2.2. (and now 2.2.1)

Whenever anyone except me logs in, they get an error message saying

Incorrect Login!
Success
Sorry, no corresponding user info was found.

If the page does not automatically reload, please click here


This happens even when the user definitely exists.
Also, I've had to disable private messaging because none of the users appear on the drop down box of people to send to. I think it must be a problem in the database, as I have refreshed my installs of the XOOPS files, but keeping the database intact.

If anyone has any ideas, however wacky, I would be very grateful.

If using XOOPS 2.2, go to admin menu > misc tools > banners and you can configure banners and banner clients from there

Hi everyone,

I'm upgrading from 2.0.13 to 2.2 and want to know what is meant by the patch archive.

In Xoops-2.0.13-to-2.2.zip, there are install instructions which state the following:

.......After uploading all files in the patch archive, access www.example.com/xoopsupdate.php, replacing www.example.com with your site's URL. This will show error messages and no real content, but don't worry, just proceed to next step
Reload the page
Press the submit button to update the system

Where in the folder structure of Xoops-2.0.13-to-2.2.zip is this patch archive?

Which files am I supposed to upload before running xoopsupdate.php????
Please help me!!

Does anyone know of a decent tutorial on how to clone XOOPS modules??

There is quite an extensive one in the FAQ section of this site, but that one is badly translated from French, and not very easy for me to understand.

The module I'm trying to clone is MyDownloads (4 times!). If anyone could give me some pointers (or even better, a tutorial!) on how to do this, I would be very grateful.

My PHP isn't too good, but I can understand instructions.
