Apparently you have a problem with the language folder of the module. To have no errors, copy and rename the copied file of mastop_publish\language\english in mastop_publish\language\swedish.
You also have an error with the core as you specify your version with define:
_MD_VERSION_XOOPS XOOPS 2.5.6
_MD_VERSION_PHP 5.3.27
_MD_VERSION_MYSQL 5.0.67
_MD_Server_API cgi-fcgi

I think you have installed an old Swedish translation (I see that there is only Xoops 2.4 in Swedish). Never install an old language version, otherwise you will encounter bugs.
If you do not have a recent Swedish translation for Xoops and the module, you'll need to install everything in English.
Ask your Swedish support site to translate XOOPS 2.5.6 and the module Mastop Publish correctly. Anyway, this module is a bit old, so it is not fully compatible with XOOPS 2.5.6.
I recommend you Publisher or News module (Click to "Download Snapshot" to download it).

XOOPS 2.5.7 final will be released soon. You can start or continue to translate here, but as there were some recent changes, I will send the new base files in English to another location. Even if you translate here, the new Transifex system will still transfer your translations to the new link. So don't worry about it, you can continue to translate.
