Problems...

- general options some options change
option is work because
"failed open file"(left top side)

- login a XOOPS control panel
.main file.php i not read only (red error)
"my mainfile.php is read only"

- block options
. change any block options
sample: on / of or block position
"not a changed, no working"
because i am enter in any block options and use change command, block options is working

- XOOPS contol panel
find user / select any user
command "delete user" not work

- XOOPS contol panel
find user / select any user
command "send mail" not work
because phpmailler is working perfect in "e-mail users" part...

because
i am using Easyphp in my home pc this XOOPS sistem (XOOPS 2.0.9.2) working a perfectly,
no problems in easyphp and xp pro ... with problems for nt web hosting server...

please help me this problems :(

wanna disable the send button after one click on comment sending.
It's ok with newbb but not on comments.
