Newbb to bbpress convert

It seems to me that the newbb in its structure is similar to phpbb so I used the available converter that is attached to the bbpress forum. Because I'm using newbb, I've been trying to modify it by replacing individual table names in a database. I just managed to move categories of forums with descriptions :http://www.kulturystyka.org.pl/test/forums/....
I need professional help modifying the phpBB.php file in order to "pull out" the topics, posts and users of the newbb forum.

For a person who is dealing with php every day is a piece of cake, but for me black magic. I would be very grateful for your help.

I changed index.php but still does not display the subpage name in the title, annoying because it tires a lot of time

Can I upload my icontent to make it easier for you to see what I do not want to do?

Thanks for the answer. Maybe I was wrong. I want the Category and Article Category to be displayed in the <title> tag. I pasted the code you gave me but without change, only the module name is displayed, in my case Atlas Ćwiczeń ... :(

What module do you talk about? Need a module to create a sitemap for google in xml format. It's about 1200 links from the news module and 10,000 for topics from the newbb module.

So the best solution is to transfer articles from icontent to news module and add 301 redirects?

I have 2.5.7 and it works because the user Mamba modified it into my side. The only thing is to display a page title tag <title>

Maybe someone knows how to do it?

I have a problem with the icontent module. Instead of the title of a particular article (<title>), the module name (description) is displayed, in my case the Atlas ćwiczeń.

Example here:
Http://www.kulturystyka.org.pl/modules/icontent/index.php?op=explore¤tDir=7
When you click on the first article from the top: "Pompki na poręczach" instead of <title>Pompki na poręczach</ title> displays: <title> Atlas ćwiczeń </ title>

Anyone know how to solve this problem?
