{X_UNAME} (login)
and a new variable, {X_NAME} (real name)
and we could use the real name, even it's empty :

Just 1 remark,
On hover for xmnews, publisher, team is amazing
but nothing for services.
And need to put the logo services on middle (Networking, Web design...).
Anyway, great theme !
