Oh... Company's Header!
You can change Site Name (Company Name) on Admin Side.

on XOOPS 2.5.0:

1. Login as Admin
2. User Menu-> Administration Menu
3. Control Panel Home-> Preferences-> General Settings (or Modules-> System-> Preferences-> General Settings)
4. Site name: <yourcompanyname>
5. Slogan for your site: <yourcompanyslogan>
6. Go!

What that still?

It depends on a theme which you use.
If it is a theme by IXThemes that HEADERS TAGS are in a file 'themes/<themename>/tpl/metas.html'

However I wish to notice, that the incorrect HTML-header can lead to crash of pages of your site (especially, if a theme at you one)

With what themes this module will work?

PS. At transition from Alpha to Final obligatory testing should be carried out. Sometimes it occupies a few time sometimes hardly more. An essence in that mistakes in the Final was less.

I have one more small question.
Why you had a desire to replace default Theme for XOOPS on the badly tested theme? The developer of default Theme for XOOPS is live and quite professional, besides the theme is excellently tested and efficient.
Offer own theme, entitle it, lay out on free downloading, open a forum on the theme and look how many users will establish it on the sites.
By the way default Theme is used usually for start only. What for to you this PR?

I have small, but a question of principle.
What for various versions for XOOPS 2.4.5 and XOOPS 2.5.0, if unique change in style.css are necessary:
from:
body {... min-width:650px;...}
to:
body {... min-width:700px;...}

1. Take last release of this theme ixt02106 Rel.#2.6

2. In a file <themename>/tpl/assigns.html set a layout
<{assign var=ixt_layout value="lcr"}>
Also look on XOOPS News Comments

3. You can set the questions to the developer of a theme on a site of IXThemes Project
