Thanks Skenow,

We're using WF-Downloads v3.1 on XOOPS v2.0.16

I'm uploading from the admin side.

That's a good idea about removing the other MIME types, will try it tonight if I get a moment.
I have tried changing the file name to remove spaces & capitals, have also tried shortening the file name, but nothing seems to work.

I've tried renaming the files with lower case & removing all of the spaces, but WF-Downloads still own't let me upload Excel Templates NOR Powerpoint files?

An ideas?
I really could do with some help for this!

WF Download - Users UPLOADING?

Dear All,

I'm trying to let users upload to our site, we currently use WF Downloads for the downloads - I'm pretty sure we can use WF Downloads for the uploads(I've found some settings!)
I'd like to check the files before allowing them to be upload?

Anyone know how I go about getting WF Downloads to do this?

Just been to www.zen-cart.com & can see that it is compatible with PayPal!
Does anyone have any experience with integrating & rolling the above out?

Store Selection

Dear All,

We're looking for a new cart (we're currently using ClickCart Pro & would like to move to a XOOPS environment), we're also looking to move to PayPal as our PSP (so we can use recurring billing) - I would really like to use ZenCart, but can't see that it integrates with PayPal - does anyone have any advise or commments on this.

Would anyone have any other recommendations with regard to cart?
Anyone like to volunteer an example site running Zen Cart or any of i't competitors?

Dear All,

I'm having a little bit of trouble with this excellent module!

I've created a custom contact page, linked to it on the theme.html, allowed all 3 groups of user to use the form, but when I try & access the form as an anonymous user I get the "You do not have permission to access this page" then get taken to the login page as usual?!

I can't see where I have gone wrong!
I SHOULD be able to access the form as an anonymous user! The only problem I can see is that when designing the form I specified the default field for the "Your Name" as "{UNAME}" & the default value for the email field as "{EMAIL}", but this shouldn't affect the forms permissions should it???

Smart Profile

Dear All,

I did do a forum search for Smart Profile & found some stuff, but a bit too complicated for me!

I've installed Smart Object + Smart Profile, when I try to access "Fields", "Registration Steps" or "Permissions" all I get is the following error message:

Error: Handler does not exist
Module: smartprofile
Name: regstep

Backtrace:
/include/functions.php (529)
/modules/smartprofile/admin/step.php (34)

I'm running XOOPS 2.0.16

Thanks for the reply

At the moment on my homepage I have a custom block (with the welcome text etc) with a news "summary" or recent news (I can't remember beneath this)
What I want to do is create a page to link to for information about sponsoring us - could I do this with a News module without it appearing on the recent news summary?
