Hi
I use article 096 module, which is realy great but gives me real pain, when I gives anonymous right to view anyone of the blocks
then I receive following error message:
Fatal error: Class 'XoopsGroupPermHandler' not found in
/xoops/modules/article/include/functions.php(132) : eval()'d code on line 2

I have tried everything reinstall, delete the cache even tried to learn php or chinese and still the same error, that is this kind of chalenges I just love, the more, that as it seems, I cannot solve it by myself, which means I have to ask YOU to help me.

it drives me just creazy, there is similar error mentioned on the chinese website, but my chinese is rather week. So anybody there, who can help, please do so
