block of the module MS-Weather 1.4 the page of the site is white..

When I add the block of the module MS-Weather 1.4 the page of the site is white, however the module works. How that to solve for the XOOPS 2.2.4?

I already added the editor in the paste more class/xoopseditor/koivi doesn't produce effect none
How to redirect the code for this editor to become standard only for this module?

The subjects are:

1 - does some exist module for XOOPS 2.0.24 to create surveys, where can I specify in each module each will be exhibited?

example:
Page main 1 survey
Page News other survey

only that would be already enough.
