I have my site installed and running. I have all the permissions set to where thay should be, but mainfile.php keeps going back to 664 all by it's self. What can I do?

When new users click on the "Register Now" button, all they get is a white blank page. I am using XOOPS 2.2. the link is www.1aad.com

I have XOOPS 2.2.3 and XoopsGallery 1.3.3.7 in my server. When I try to upload a pic, I get this error message. "Error: unable to make thumbnail (0) !
The site says I have pictures in there, but I can't see them. I don't know what is going on. I also tried XoopsGallery 1.3.3.6 and get the same thing. I just tried XoopsGallery 1.3.3.8_Test1 and I get the same thing. My PHP Version is 4.4.0 MySQL Version is 4.0.25-standard.

I have XOOPS 2.2 and am using XRoster 2.0. In the application, the questions are missing. The text box's are there but the questions are not. I have read that one can merge the rosters language file with the global.php, but I do not know how. Can some one help me please?
