I would like to use XOOPS as a personal graphics portfolio, is there a specific module?

Can anyone show me of something similar?

Your site doesnt look bad at all, you probably just want to change the css to include red and it aint difficult to use the Welsh flag in the header.

I just set up a redirect in cpanel and it works.

Like I said your host will have to offer it as an option. Resellers usually have no restrictions on domains used. Shared accounts my be limited anywhere from none to 2 or 3 addon domains.
