RunCMS To XOOPS?

Hey, I am currently running my website with RunCMS1.1A, I would wish to migrate to the Latest XOOPS Version.

- How can I migrate to the latest version without losing my members and Posts in forum? I know it shouldn't be too complicated since RunCMS was based off original XOOPS Coding. If there is a tool to migrate from RunCMS to XOOPS, then please point me in the right direction.
